Corn starch is a natural polymeric carbohydrate widely used in the food, textile, paper-making, and pharmaceutical industries.

- Product Fineness:
The customer requires a product with D50: 50μm , which is essential for improving uniformity and solubility in specific applications such as food additives or pharmaceutical excipients. - Stable Throughput:
The system must deliver a consistent output of 100 kg/h to support downstream continuous production. - Heat Sensitivity & Stickiness:
Starch tends to heat up during high-speed milling. Excessive temperature may cause gelatinization, affecting product quality and complicating equipment cleaning. Fine starch powder is also prone to accumulating inside the mill, causing blockage. - Flammability & Explosion Risk:
