Dit beschadigt niet alleen de functionele eigenschappen van het eiwit, maar verhoogt ook het energieverbruik aanzienlijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daarom is er voor de verwerking van bruine rijstprote\u00efne dringend behoefte aan een hoogwaardig fysiek verwerkingssysteem dat ultrafijn malen mogelijk maakt, de deeltjesgrootteverdeling nauwkeurig regelt en koeling tijdens het malen biedt. Deze luchtstroom fungeert niet alleen als &quot;drager&quot; die het gemalen eiwitpoeder naar boven transporteert, maar dient ook als &quot;koelmiddel&quot; dat het grootste deel van de wrijvingswarmte afvoert die tijdens het malen ontstaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-vortex-classification-zone-top\">3. Vortexclassificatiezone (boven)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit is de &quot;kern&quot; van de ACM-classificatiemolen. In het bovenste gedeelte van de maalkamer is een onafhankelijk aangedreven classificatiewaaier ge\u00efnstalleerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wanneer de luchtstroom met eiwitdeeltjes van verschillende groottes de classificatiezone bereikt, wordt deze blootgesteld aan twee tegengestelde krachten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De zuigkracht van de afzuigventilator (naar binnen\/boven): probeert alle deeltjes in het opvangsysteem te trekken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Centrifugale kracht van het snel roterende classificatiewiel (naar buiten\/beneden): probeert deeltjes terug te stoten naar de maalzone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Door de rotatiesnelheid van het classificatiewiel aan te passen, kan het evenwichtspunt tussen deze twee krachten nauwkeurig worden geregeld. Alleen voldoende fijne deeltjes die aan de eisen voldoen, kunnen de centrifugale kracht overwinnen, door de classificatiebladen gaan en in het opvangsysteem terechtkomen.
