Deze transformatie was bedoeld om de oplosbaarheid, dispergeerbaarheid en textuur in gebak, snoepgoed en diepvriesproducten te verbeteren. Het belangrijkste doel van de klant was het bereiken van een zeer effici\u00ebnte ultrafijne maling van aardappelzetmeel. Grof poeder en grotere deeltjes worden teruggevoerd voor hervermalen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collectie eindproducten:<\/strong> Het gekwalificeerde poeder wordt opgevangen in een cycloonafscheider en een pulsstofafscheider, waardoor een zeer zuiver, contaminatievrij ultrafijn aardappelzetmeelpoeder wordt verkregen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-project-results\">Projectresultaten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aardappelzetmeel succesvol vermalen tot een D97-waarde van 100 \u03bcm met een uniforme deeltjesgrootte en stabiele verdeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De productiecapaciteit bedroeg 150-200 kg\/u, waarmee aan de eisen van de klant voor massaproductie werd voldaan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De vloei- en dispergeerbaarheid van het poeder zijn aanzienlijk verbeterd, waardoor hoogwaardige grondstoffen beschikbaar zijn voor de productie van gebak, zoetwaren en diepvriesproducten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het systeem werkt
