Het belangrijkste bestanddeel, glucomannan (KGM), heeft een extreem hoge viscositeit en waterabsorptie, waardoor het veelvuldig wordt gebruikt als voedselverdikkingsmiddel, in de vegetarische voedingsindustrie en in de farmaceutische industrie. Gedroogde konjacchips bevatten echter veel vezels en zijn taai. Standaard maalmachines genereren vaak overmatige hitte, wat leidt tot verkooling van het materiaal of verstopping van de zeef, waardoor het moeilijk is om de juiste balans te vinden tussen output en fijnheid. Kernprocesstroom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Geclassificeerd slijpen:<\/strong> Gedroogde konjacchips komen via een toevoersysteem in de maalkamer terecht en worden snel vermalen door snel roterende rotors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regeling van de luchttemperatuur:<\/strong> Het systeem maakt gebruik van een ontwerp met een hoge luchtstroom en geforceerde luchttoevoer. De continue luchtstroom fungeert als koelmedium, waardoor het konjacpoeder bij temperaturen rond de omgevingstemperatuur wordt verwerkt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nauwkeurige screening:<\/strong> Door de snelheid van het interne sorteerwiel aan te passen, onderschept het systeem automatisch te grote vezelachtige deeltjes. Deze nauwkeurige regeling is cruciaal voor het succesvol ultrafijn malen van konjac.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-technical-advantages\">2. Technische voordelen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Antiaanhechtingsontwerp:<\/strong> Het geoptimaliseerde interne luchtstroomveld voorkomt effectief dat konjacpoeder met een hoge viscositeit zich ophoopt in de machinekamer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Energie-effici\u00ebntie:<\/strong> Vergeleken met traditionele molens verhoogt de ACM de productie met ongeveer 201 tot 301
