Het belangrijkste kenmerk is de integratie van <strong>slijpen + classificatie<\/strong>Dit voorkomt overmatig malen en zorgt voor een smalle deeltjesgrootteverdeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-grinding-process\">Maalproces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Het ruwe materiaal komt via een schroefaanvoer in de maalkamer terecht. De snel draaiende rotor (met een toerental van enkele duizenden toeren per minuut) genereert intense impact-, schuif- en wrijvingskrachten die de maalkoek in fijne deeltjes breken. Tegelijkertijd zorgt perslucht (of stikstof) voor een hogesnelheidsluchtstroom die de botsingen tussen de deeltjes versnelt, waardoor het poeder verder wordt verfijnd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-classification-process\">Classificatieproces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Het ingebouwde classificatiewiel scheidt de deeltjes door middel van centrifugale kracht en luchtweerstand:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fijne deeltjes die aan de gewenste grootte voldoen, passeren de classificator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grove deeltjes keren terug naar de maalzone voor verder malen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit vormt een gesloten systeem met uitstekende controle over de deeltjesgrootte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-suitable-for-cocoa-press-cake\">Geschikt voor cacaoperscake<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ACM-systemen verwerken effici\u00ebnt materialen met een vetgehalte tot 24%.
