Diese Umwandlung sollte die L\u00f6slichkeit, Dispergierbarkeit und das Mundgef\u00fchl in Backwaren, S\u00fc\u00dfwaren und Tiefk\u00fchlprodukten verbessern. Das Hauptziel des Kunden war die hocheffiziente Vermahlung von ultrafeiner Kartoffelst\u00e4rke. Grobes Pulver und gr\u00f6\u00dfere Partikel werden zur Nachvermahlung zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sammlung fertiger Produkte:<\/strong> Das qualifizierte Pulver wird mittels Zyklonabscheider und Impulsstaubabscheider aufgefangen, wodurch hochreines, kontaminationsfreies ultrafeines Kartoffelst\u00e4rkepulver gewonnen wird.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-project-results\">Projektergebnisse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kartoffelst\u00e4rke wurde erfolgreich auf D97 = 100 \u03bcm mit einheitlicher Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe und stabiler Verteilung vermahlen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Produktionskapazit\u00e4t erreichte 150\u2013200 kg\/h und erf\u00fcllte damit die Anforderungen des Kunden an die Massenproduktion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit und Dispergierbarkeit des Pulvers wurden deutlich verbessert, wodurch hochwertige Rohstoffe f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Geb\u00e4ck, S\u00fc\u00dfwaren und Tiefk\u00fchlkost zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das System arbeitet effizient, energiesparend, mit geringer Staubemission und einfacher
